Are THC drinks legal in the US?
At the federal level, yes — with some restrictions. The 2018 Farm Bill made it legal to produce hemp products containing less than 0.3% delta-9 THC by dry weight. Wynk is fully compliant with these regulations.

Is there an age limit?
Yes — you must be 21 or over to purchase Wynk, in accordance with state regulations.
What are the effects of THC drinks like Wynk, and how do they compare to alcohol?
Everyone’s experience is a little different, but with Wynk, you can expect a light, bubbly buzz. You may feel more relaxed, social, or smiley — a similar effect to a drink or two, but without the next-day crash.
Unlike alcohol, THC is metabolized differently, providing a more controlled experience. And since there’s no alcohol in Wynk, you get the calm without the consequences — no hangovers or headaches.
We consider a 2.5mg can of Wynk roughly equivalent to a light alcoholic drink. If you’re new to THC, start with a 2.5mg can and wait about 10–15 minutes before deciding if you want more. If you know you have a higher tolerance, go for a 5mg or 10mg can.
What’s the difference between THC and CBD — and why have both?
THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) is the psychoactive compound in cannabis that gives you a euphoric high. CBD (cannabidiol), on the other hand, is non-psychoactive but known to help reduce stress, ease pain, and improve sleep.
Wynk uses a 1:1 ratio of THC and CBD in most of our products for a more balanced, mellow experience. The THC gives you the buzz, while the CBD helps you stay calm and relaxed.
What’s the difference between hemp-derived and marijuana-derived THC?
The difference is in the source, not the effect. Hemp and marijuana are both cannabis plants — hemp contains 0.3% or less THC, while marijuana has more.
Wynk uses hemp-derived THC to stay federally compliant. We use more of the hemp plant to ensure every can has the right amount of active THC: 2.5mg, 5mg, or 10mg.
What’s the deal with Delta-9 versus Delta-8 THC?
Delta-9 THC is the most abundant and well-known form of THC, and it's what we use in Wynk. It occurs naturally in both marijuana and hemp and is responsible for the classic THC high.
Delta-8 THC is found in much smaller amounts and is often synthetically made by converting CBD. It tends to be less potent and less regulated. Wynk sticks with naturally extracted, hemp-derived Delta-9 for a clean, legal, and consistent experience.
What about THCA versus THC?
THCA (tetrahydrocannabinolic acid) is a non-psychoactive compound found in raw cannabis. When heated, it converts into THC. Because THC drinks aren’t heated when consumed, THCA wouldn’t provide any effects — that’s why we use THC directly.
What else is in a can?
Every THC drink is different. Here’s what you’ll find in Wynk:
Classic seltzers (2.5mg & 5mg): carbonated water, citric acid, natural flavors, and perfectly balanced with a 1:1 ratio of hemp-derived THC and CBD.
10mg lemonades: carbonated water, citric acid, ascorbic acid, natural flavors, and two natural sweeteners — monk fruit and allulose. These have a fuller flavor, 10 zero calories, and zero sugar.
You won’t find preservatives, sugar, alcohol, or artificial flavors in any of our beverages.
How long till I feel the effects, and how long do they last?
With Wynk, you’ll feel the effects in about 10–15 minutes. Our drinks act faster than most edibles, which can take up to two hours. The high is gentle and fades after about 90 minutes.
How should THC drinks be stored and served?
Store your cans in a cool, dark place and avoid freezing. Once opened, keep them refrigerated.

What does it taste like?
Wynk tastes like a true nonalcoholic seltzer water — crisp, clean, and refreshing, with just the right hint of fruit essence. We don’t use sugar in any of our products. Our classic 2.5mg and 5mg seltzers are completely unsweetened, delivering a light, bubbly experience without any added sugars or calories.
Our 10mg lemonades are slightly sweetened, but only with natural, sugar-free alternatives like monk fruit and allulose. That means you still get a smooth, balanced flavor — never syrupy, never overly sweet. And because we use hemp extracts that are water-soluble, there's little to no earthy or grassy aftertaste. Just clean, crisp flavor and a mellow, social buzz.
