Cancellation policy

Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle. You will just access your Account > Manage Subscriptions > Enter your email > Once you receive the code to log in you can proceed to “Cancel”. You can also view the next order date to see when you need to cancel by.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of receiving the confirmation of receipt for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped and/or marked as fulfilled, it cannot be canceled, even if the cancellation request is made within the 6-hour window.
