As you may have heard, the recent bill signed into law to end the government shutdown included a provision to cap THC seltzers at 0.4mg per container. If nothing changes, it goes into effect November 12, 2026. So the status quo remains for now.
We're not going anywhere. Wynk has weathered every challenge this industry has thrown at us since 2020, and we're committed to continuing to provide the products you love. Beyond our normal day-to-day operations, we're doubling down on our work with industry groups and lawmakers to collaborate on new, sensible regulations to ensure Wynk remains available through the end of 2026 and beyond.
