New Rules Allow for THC Drinks in Georgia

Good News, Georgians! Wynk is Officially Launching in Your State!

It just got easier to find Wynk in Georgia, and we’re thrilled to announce our official launch! With shifting regulations at both state and federal levels, it can be tricky to navigate where and how THC drinks are available. But thanks to recent changes in Georgia’s laws, it's looking great for THC-infused beverages like Wynk.

Federal Regulations: How Wynk is Compliant

Here’s the quick version: Thanks to the 2018 U.S. Farm Bill, cannabis products made from hemp are legal as long as they contain less than 0.3% THC. If the THC level is higher, it’s classified as marijuana, which is still federally illegal.

Don’t worry though—just because hemp has less THC doesn’t mean our drinks are weaker! To get the right amount of active THC in each can, we use more of the hemp plant. Each can of Wynk contains either 2.5mg or 5mg of THC, providing you with a nice, balanced buzz. It’s all above board, federally and state compliant.

Georgia’s Cannabis Regulations: What Does This Mean for You?

In Georgia, Senate Bill 494 (the Georgia Hemp Farming Act) was passed this year, clarifying and loosening up the laws around hemp manufacturing, selling, and consumption. Specifically, this bill made hemp-infused drinks legal!

So, if you're 21 or older, you can legally grab a Wynk in Georgia and enjoy a refreshing alternative to alcohol—no problem at all!
