Eligibility

The Wynk Cooler Giveaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 39 states where Wynk products are sold, including Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Florida, New York, Virginia, California, Texas, Massachusetts, Michigan, Ohio, Maryland, Illinois, Missouri, Georgia, Washington, Arizona, Tennessee, Maine, North Carolina, Indiana, Delaware, Oregon, Kentucky, New Mexico, Rhode Island, Iowa, Colorado, Washington, D.C., Vermont, Minnesota, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Nebraska, West Virginia, Montana, Mississippi, South Dakota, Wyoming, and Connecticut who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Wynk and other companies associated with the promotion of the Sweepstakes, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Wynk, located at 1619 New London Road, Landenberg, Pennsylvania 19350.

Agreement to Official Rules

Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.

Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on July 18, 2025 at 9:00 AM EST and ends on November 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified. Submissions will be accepted during the Sweepstakes Period through the following method:

Visit www.drinkwynk.com/coolergiveaway and follow the directions to complete and submit the online entry form.

Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, and per household for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period. Entries received in excess of the stated limitation will be void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Prize Drawings

One (1) winner will be randomly selected each week from among all eligible entries received up to the time of each drawing. The first drawing will occur on or about July 22, 2025, and the final drawing will occur on or about December 3, 2025. Each weekly drawing will include all prior non-winning entries.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received at the time of each drawing.

The Sponsor will attempt to notify each potential winner via email within five (5) days of the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within five (5) days, fails to return the required documents (if any), or is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held for each weekly prize.

Winner Notification

Each winner will be notified by email and may be required to complete, electronically sign, and return a Declaration of Compliance, liability waiver, and/or publicity release within five (5) days of the date of notice or attempted notice. If a potential winner fails to do so, or is otherwise ineligible, they forfeit the prize and an alternate winner may be selected. Prizes will be fulfilled approximately three (3) weeks after confirmation of eligibility and receipt of any required documentation.

Prizes

Each week, from July 18 to November 30, 2025, one (1) winner will receive:

• One (1) branded cooler (Approximate Retail Value: $350 USD)
• Two (2) 24-packs of Wynk (Approximate Retail Value: $200 USD)
  

Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each weekly prize: $550 USD
Total ARV of all prizes awarded during the Sweepstakes Period: $11,000 USD

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or prize component) for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.

General Conditions

In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to, fraud, virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention or other technical problem, or if the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned for any reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, suspend the Sweepstakes to address the issue and then resume, or terminate the Sweepstakes and select the winners from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the issue.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules or acting in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize, including but not limited to: (a) technical errors; (b) unauthorized human intervention; (c) printing or typographical errors; (d) lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable mail or email; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property.

Entrants waive the right to claim any damages, including punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. In any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes.

Disputes

Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
