Refunds, Exchanges, or Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept refunds, exchanges, or returns. Items returned will not be accepted for credit for any reason. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact Customer Support at hello@drinkwynk.com immediately.

Replacement

If your order arrives incorrectly or the products do not match the description, you must notify Customer Support within 14 days of receipt. Please include your order confirmation number, images of the items received, and a description of the issue. If we determine that the items are damaged, missing, or incorrect, we will send replacement items subject to the Order Processing provisions outlined above.

Package Protection

WYNK offers a package protection and tracking solution, to offer our customers peace of mind. WYNK provides low-cost shipping protection to cover your package in the event of loss, theft, or damage during transit.
