Non-Alcoholic White Sangria Pitcher Recipe

Packed with summer citrus flavors, this non-alcoholic version uses green tea to mimic the tannins found in wine for a delicate yet familiar finish. It’s so refreshing, and with a little bite, you won’t even miss the alcohol.

Ingredients: Makes 6-8 Servings

  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 green tea bags (decaf tea is fine)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (can use more or less depending on desired sweetness)
  • 3 cups white grape juice
  • 6 tablespoons grapefruit juice
  • 1-2 mandarins, sliced into thin rounds
  • 1 lemon, sliced into thin rounds
  • 1 pomelo, sliced into thin rounds (can substitute grapefruit)
  • 2-3 cans of Wynk Mandarin Pomelo (depending on desired dosage)

Instructions:

  1. Pour the boiling water over the tea bags and steep for about 3-5 minutes. Discard tea bags and stir in sugar to dissolve.
  2. In a large jar or pitcher, combine tea, grape juice, grapefruit juice, and all of the sliced citrus rounds. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight to develop the flavor.
  3. Just before serving, stir in Wynk Mandarin Pomelo. Serve in glasses over ice.

Summer Citrus Ginger Soda Mocktail Recipe

This zesty grapefruit and ginger soda is a glass full of sunshine. The combination of flavors bursts with bold citrus and a warm ginger twist. Sweetened with honey and topped off with a splash of sparkling Wynk Mandarin Pomelo, it’s the kind of sip that makes any summer moment feel extra golden.

Ingredients: Makes 4-6 Servings

  • Zest of 1 large pink or red grapefruit
  • 1 cup freshly-squeezed pink or red grapefruit juice (from about 1 large grapefruit, can top off with water to make it an even cup)
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh ginger
  • 1-2 cans of Wynk Mandarin Pomelo (depending on desired dosage)

Instructions:

  1. Combine the grapefruit zest, juice, honey, and ginger in a small saucepan over medium heat. Boil for 2 minutes, stirring until the honey is completely dissolved.
  2. Remove from heat and let cool. Strain the syrup through a fine mesh strainer into a clean container. Discard leftover solids.
  3. Spoon 2 tablespoons of syrup into a glass, top with Wynk Mandarin Pomelo, and stir to combine. Taste and add more syrup if you prefer a sweeter soda. Fill the glass with ice.
  4. Any leftover syrup can be refrigerated for up to 1 week in an airtight container.

Sparkling Rosemary Citrus Mocktail Recipe

This’ll be your new go-to for backyard hangs and brunches alike. This citrus-forward mocktail is enhanced by fresh lemon and orange with earthy rosemary and a drizzle of honey, with a fizzy twist of Wynk Mandarin Pomelo for that perfect bubbly finish.

Ingredients: Makes 8-10 Servings

  • 2 lemons
  • 2 oranges
  • 4 sprigs of rosemary
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2-3 cans Wynk Pomelo Mandarin
  • Rosemary sprigs and lemon wheels for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Peel off thick strips of zest from 1 lemon.
  2. Juice the lemons and oranges into a liquid measuring cup. You should have about 1 cup of juice. If you need to add water to top it off, that’s fine.
  3. Combine zest, juice, rosemary, sugar, and honey in a saucepan over medium heat. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly to completely dissolve the sugar and honey.
  4. Remove from heat and let sit for 10 minutes. Strain, discard solids, and let syrup cool completely.
  5. To serve, fill an 8-ounce glass halfway with ice cubes, add 2-3 tablespoons syrup (more or less depending on desired sweetness), fill with Wynk Mandarin Pomelo and stir. Garnish with rosemary sprigs and lemon wheels for added flair.
  6. If you have leftover syrup, it can be stored in an airtight container for about a week.
