THC Legal Limits

Most states that have medical marijuana programs have different allowances for patients. For example, it’s not uncommon for the legal limit for patient’s products to be twice what they are for recreational consumers. So it’s not surprising to think that patients might require a higher dose to medicate, and with frequent use, tolerance increases.

Wynk offers two versions of our THC-infused seltzer for recreational and medicinal use. Medical cardholders can find Wynk with 5 mg THC and 5 mg CBD per can. Adult-use beverages contain 2.5 mg THC and 2.5 mg CBD per can. No matter what category you fall into, we offer three bubbly drinks for your sipping enjoyment. Try them out in Lime Twist, Black Cherry Fizz, and Juicy Mango.

Where Can You Drink THC Beverages?

It makes sense that smoking cannabis in public is typically illegal no matter what state you live in. Although cannabis enthusiasts delight in its skunky aroma, many people find it downright offensive. Not to mention the whole contact high thing. You would think that THC beverages are an exception to this rule. While they are pretty discreet, they still fall under consumption laws on a state-by-state basis.

For most states, that means consuming at home or at an event that specifically allows the use of cannabis. Like most cannabis products, if you are outdoors camping or generally minding your own business, it’s unlikely you will get hassled. Still, it’s best to investigate the laws of the land anytime you want to partake in a little THC-infused beverage.
