Apple cider is a comfort beverage, but this version feels much more grown-up. Spicy ginger warms up the sweetness of the apple cider, and the Black Cherry Fizz levels it out into a super smooth, easy-to-sip THC mocktail. Don’t forget the maraschino cherries; they add something special to mocktails.
Ingredients
- Wynk Black Cherry Fizz sparkling seltzer
- ½ cup apple cider
- 1 honey crisp apple
- ¼ teaspoon dried ginger
- 4 maraschino cherries
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Crushed ice
- Glass tumbler
Directions
Cut the apple into thin slices and muddle 2 slices with 2 maraschino cherries and a splash of apple cider. Add the dried ginger and pour in the rest of the apple cider. Add ice and top with Black Cherry Fizz seltzer. Use the cinnamon stick to stir, leaving it as a garnish. Put the remaining cherries into the drink and top the rim with a couple of apple slices.
Not a fan of apple cider? Try this recipe with pure unsweetened cranberry juice for an extra tart mocktail to wake up your taste buds. Add a little pinch of sugar to balance the sweetness if you prefer. If you don’t have cherries handy, any berry will do!
