The fruit juice and sparkling seltzer in this juicy mocktail make mimosas sound boring! Mango and orange are the bright burst your taste buds crave, but the turmeric and thyme add an earthy, herbal complexity. Every sip is better than the last.
Cut the orange into thin slices. Put 2-3 slices into the bottom of a pint glass. Fill the glass with ice and add lemon juice, orange juice, turmeric, and sugar (if you like!). Stir well and continue stirring while pouring in the Juicy Mango seltzer to fill. Garnish with an orange slice and sprigs of thyme.
If you like Mango as much as we do, swap the orange juice for mango juice! For something much tangier, use pineapple juice and lemon wedges for garnish.
